PRO_KOTE 는 도막식교면방수로 구조체에 피막을 형성하여 구조체의 보호를 목적으로 시공이 간단하고, 비교적 저온에서 시공이 가능하며, 건조가 빠를 뿐만 아니라 시공단계가 많지 않아 시공비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 시공시간이 단축되어 교통혼잡을 최소화할 수 있고, 작업자의 안전사고 발생을 최대한 방지할 수 있으며, 저항성(하지의 수축, 팽창, 균열, 진동, 온도변화 등)이 좋고, 포장층과 방수층 간의 우수한 접착력으로 이형(밀림등)현상을 방지할 수 있는 등 종래 기술에 비해 단점을 최소화하고 장점을 극대화한 교면 교면방수공법입니다
(PRO KOTE, which forms films to the aimed structure through its film type waterproofing system, allows users easy construction, construction in relatively low temperatures, quick drying, simple construction process and eventually gives them the advantage of reducing the construction cost. Moreover, it enables users to shorten the construction time leading to minimum traffic congestion, and prevent safety accidents of workers to the maximum. It has also excellent resistance (to contraction of lower part, expansion, cracks, vibration, temperature change, for example) as well as good adhesion between the surface and waterproof part, preventing abnormal shape (like being dented). All together, it is a waterproofing system that has minimized the shortcomings of the previous techniques and maximized the strong points.)

1. 표면처리 (Surface treatment)
평삭기 숏브라스터 등을 이용하여 레이턴스 먼지 오염물질을 제거한다

2. 프라이마 도포 (Primer application)
로울러나 붓, 스프레이 장비등을 사용하여 0.2kg/m2. 이상으로 도포한다
3. PRO_KOTE 도포 ( Pro_kote application)
Pro_kote 도포는 160~180°C의 온도로 가열한 도
막방수재를 고무레이커 또는 고온 용융 도포장치
등을 이용하여 두께가 약 2~3mm 정도가 되도록
고르게 도포함
4. 방수보호 및 아스콘포장 (Primer application)
가열된 도막방수재 도포면 상부에 방수보조재를 고르게붙인다. 아스콘포장시 방수보조재 위에 아 스콘 온도를 130°C 유지하여 포장한다.
1. Surface treatment Use a planing machine or short blaster to remove laitance, dust, contamination materials.
2. Primer application Use a roller, brush or spraying device to apply more than 0.2kg/m2.
3. PRO KOTE application Evenly apply film waterproofing material - heated to 160~180°C - to make 2-3mm thick, using a rubber raker or high temperature melted application device.
4. Waterproof-aiding material / ascon pavement Evenly spread waterproof-aiding material to the upper part of heated film waterproofing material. For ascon pavement, pave on waterproof-aiding material, maintaining the ascon temperature to be 130°C.
